FAQ’s: Frequently Asked Questions about the Teach Task Box Inspire Membership
Today I want to chat about all the questions that I have been getting around the brand new membership that I have just launched. I want to make sure that this membership is very clear on what you are getting so there are not surprises. My goal is to make your job, as special education teachers easier, that is what inspired me to create this membership for you. Well, that, and I have had so many request about getting Task Boxes sent right to their door! So, lets dive in!

What is Teach Task Box Inspire?
This is a brand new membership that I have created for you, where you will get 5 fully-prepped task boxes, every single month, that get your students excited about learning again, without any time comment from you!
The Teach, Task Box, Inspire Membership includes the following:
- 5 brand new, never seen before, task boxes
- Rounded Curriculum (Social Studies, ELA, Math, Science, SEL, Life Skills)
- Teacher-Led Direction videos
- Vibrant Color Printed on 60 lb card stock paper for durability
- Each task card will be laminated with Velcro if necessary
- Digital Access to all Task Boxes
- 3 grade bands to choose from
- K-2
- 3-5
- Vocational/Life Skills
What’s in the Physical Box?
Each month includes 5, brand new, never been seen before Task Boxes to enhance your teaching and make learning fun. Every month will be a variety of task boxes that cover skills like, Life skills, Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, and SEL skills. Each of these 5 boxes will be delivered right to your doorstep every single month, fully prepped for you. That’s right, I have done all the printing (in color), the laminating, the cutting (which takes the longest), adding the velcro pieces, and putting them into photo boxes for you!
What if I want just the digital version?
Each month includes 5, brand new, never been seen before Task Boxes to enhance your teaching and make learning fun. Each month will be a variety of task boxes that cover skills like, Life skills, Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, and SEL skills. All you have to do is print these out and prep them.
Do I have to prep anything myself?
If you are purchasing the physical subscription box, then no, there is NO PREP for you at all! And you will be getting the digital version as well. But if you are purchasing JUST the digital version, then yes, you have to prep all the materials yourself.
How do I manage all the task boxes that I will be getting?

How much does it cost?
Print & Digital subscriptions are $64/month (including shipping)
Digital Subscription only is $9/month
If you pre-pay for the entire year, you’ll receive one month for free!
One time purchases for PAST month boxes and digital files are $75 and $15 each month, respectively
How does the subscription work?
There are 4 plans available for you to choose from
- Monthly Print + Digital Box
- Yearly Print + Digital Box
- Monthly Digital Box
- Yearly Digital Box
Subscriptions auto-renew according to your plan at the end of the subscription cycle. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (1st of the month).
Can I purchase just ONE month of Teach, Task Box, Inspire?
Absolutely! Check out Chalkboard Superhero Shop to get past months as one-time purchases.
You can get a past box or a past digital file!
When can I expect my Teach, Task Box, Inspire box to come in the mail?
Your subscription will renew on the 1st of each month. We ship the boxes out on the 3rd week of the month so that you receive your box before the beginning of the month and can get your Task Boxes ready to go!
You’ll gain access to the digital file immediately!
You should receive your order within 3-7 business days, depending on how far you are from New York {where Chalkboard Superhero is located}!
What if my box is stolen or lost?
All orders will ship with tracking. We do everything in our power to make sure you get your boxes on time, but Chalkboard Superhero is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked delivered by the postal carrier or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer.
All claims for lost/stolen items can be made through the postal carrier’s official website using your tracking number. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages, or request boxes to be held at your local post office for pick up to ensure safe delivery.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Absolutely! Fill out this form and we’ll get it set up!
What If I switch grade levels?
No problem! If you switch grade levels, reach out to [email protected] so we can switch your subscription to your new grade level!
I already have purchased the digital, but now I want both!
No problem at all, just email me [email protected] and we will get you switched over to the physical subscription box!
What box will I receive when I sign up?
When you sign up, you will be mailed the current themed box.
Example: If you sign up anytime between September 1st – 30th, your 1st box will be the October Task Box Bundle. Then, your subscription will renew on October 1st and you’ll be sent the November Task Boxes

Can I cancel my subscription?
If you are a monthly subscriber, you can cancel by logging into your account. Any cancellations must be before your payment has processed for the month. There are no cancellations if you’ve prepaid for the yearly subscription.
Can I share with my teacher friends?
Each subscription of Teach, Task Box, Inspire is licensed for one classroom. Per my terms of use, purchasing the subscription box allows the purchaser access to the digital files for his/her own classroom only. If you know your colleagues would love these Task Boxes, please send them over here to sign up.

Can I get a refund?
Once your order has been processed, refunds can not be processed.

What if I don't teach in the summer?
We all deserve a break! If you need to take a break for the summer months, email [email protected] and we’ll get your subscription put on hold!
But, we do offer a combined ESY package for the months of July and August! You can find that here.
